Ikea People Data Project

PoT project with people data aims to organize. process, engineer data from different HR sources, and then clean and load  into a master HR system. ELA Analytics helps Ikea profile the data, while ensures that certain business and data transformation rules are met and works close with data processing team to  implement a mechanism that protects data integrity and quality.

This is an ongoing project, on which we are still enthusiastically working on. It requires efforts from our diverse and international team of professionals operating all over the World.
